[sample requirements]
Urine is collected from disposable clean urine cups, and fresh urine is recommended without any special treatment. The urine can be stored at 2-8 DEG C for 2 days, frozen for -20 months, and stored for 1-2 months. Refrigerated samples need to be restored to room temperature before testing. The frozen samples should be compley dissolved and fully mixed before they can be detected. Otherwise, the test results may be affected. Samples collected are to be tested in time.
1. please read the instruction manual carefully before testing.
2. will detect the lid, urine samples and quality control in recovery to room temperature (25 DEG C), in not ready before please don't rip kit kit packaging, storage in advance to the room temperature and then open the package, in order to avoid moisture absorption reagent.
3. remove the kit from the sealed bag and mark the patient or quality control number on the kit.
4. let the patient collect urine directly in the urine cup, and the urine sample should be higher than the minimum line.
5., the professional responsible for the collection of urine sample urine cup, and cover the cup lid. If the lid is not properly pressed, it may cause leakage of the sample in the kit.
6. make the cup cover two angles support the table top, will detect urine cup side pour 15 seconds later, will detect urine cup stand upright.
In 7.3-8 minutes, observe the results on the display window of the cup cover.
8., in order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection, in the process of testing, we can check the quality control products (new testing personnel, new batch products and start testing every day are detected by quality control products). Quality control products are not provided in the kit, and can be made to the manufacturer.
