【流感知識(shí)】

流感嗜血桿菌是一種沒有運(yùn)動(dòng)力的革蘭氏陰性桿菌。它是于1892年由費(fèi)佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中發(fā)現(xiàn)。它一般都是好氧生物，但可以成長為兼性厭氧生物。
流感嗜血桿菌zui初被誤認(rèn)為是流行性感冒的病因，但直至1933年，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)流行性感冒的病毒性病原后，才消除了這種誤解。不過，流感嗜血桿菌仍會(huì)導(dǎo)致其他不同種類的病癥。

卵蓋周圍的卵殼增厚形成肩峰，另一端有小瘤。卵甚 小，大小為27～35μm×12～20μm。從糞便中排出時(shí)，卵內(nèi)已含 有毛蚴。[2] 生活環(huán)境編輯成蟲寄生于人或哺乳動(dòng)物的膽管內(nèi)。 蟲卵隨膽汁進(jìn)入消化道混于糞便排出，在水中被*中間宿主淡 水螺吞食后，在螺體消化道孵出毛蚴，穿過腸壁在螺體內(nèi)發(fā)育， 經(jīng)歷了胞蚴、雷蚴和尾蚴3個(gè)階段。成熟的尾蚴從螺體逸出，遇到 第二中間宿主淡水魚類，則侵入魚體內(nèi)肌肉等組織發(fā)育為蚴。終 宿主因食入含有蚴的魚而被感染。蚴在十二指腸內(nèi)脫。一般認(rèn)為 脫后的后尾蚴沿肝汁流動(dòng)的逆方向移行，經(jīng)膽總管至肝膽管，也 可管或穿過腸壁經(jīng)腹腔進(jìn)入肝膽管內(nèi)，通常在感染后1個(gè)月左右， 發(fā)育為成蟲。成蟲在人體的壽命尚缺準(zhǔn)確數(shù)據(jù)，一般認(rèn)為有的可 長達(dá)20～30年。[3] 華支睪吸蟲生活史為典型的復(fù)殖吸蟲生活史 ，包括成蟲、蟲卵、毛蚴、胞蚴、雷蚴、尾蚴、蚴及后尾蚴等階 段。終宿主為人及肉食哺乳動(dòng)物（狗、貓等），*中間宿主為 淡水螺類，如豆螺、沼螺、涵螺等，第二中間宿主為淡水魚、蝦 。成蟲寄生于人和肉食類哺乳動(dòng)物的肝膽管內(nèi)，蟲多時(shí)可移居至 大的膽管、膽總管或膽內(nèi)，也偶見于胰腺管內(nèi)。
